One of the key elements of public participation in the update of the PoM is the possibility of submitting comments and motions. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 283, as amended), they can be submitted in various forms, including, in particular, in writing.

Public consultations of updated PoM start on 5 July and last until 5 October 2021. The list of new measures and measures from the 1st cycle that have been modified is presented in the file below.
